BasedSetsTCG - No Return Policy

At BasedSetsTCG, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. In order to maintain the integrity of our Trading Card Game (TCG) offerings and ensure a fair experience for all our customers, we have implemented a strict "No Return" policy.

1. Product Inspection: All TCG products undergo thorough inspection before being shipped to our customers. We guarantee that the products leaving our facility are in new and/or undamaged condition.

2. Limited Edition and Collectibles: Many of our TCG products are limited edition or collectibles, making them unique and highly sought after. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been purchased.

3. Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our E-mail at Basedsetswes@basedsetstcg.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

4. To ensure a smooth and efficient order process, kindly note that cancellations can only be made before the shipment of your order. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Any cancellation requests made after shipment will be subject to our established return policy. Any cancellations made will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. We encourage you to review our return policy. To reiterate: Cancellations can ONLY be requested BEFORE (NOT after) shipment and are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
